Late 2012 Mac Mini – Intel 4000, Windows 7 on BootCamp, OSX partition as low as it can go. Color washed, flickering, etc.
For me, turning off the stuff in the graphics settings that automatically adjust things both helped my color wash and the flickering.. a little. Only a little on the flickering. Intel say a fix is on the way.
Go into the graphics settings for your Intel HD4000. Go to Media, then Image Enhancement, and uncheck the Adaptive Contrast Enhancement.. play around with the others, like color correction/etc.
A fix for this issue has been checked into the latest driver. We should be posting it to Intel Download Center within a few days. I will update this thread with the driver links once it has been posted.

I’ve since moved. Dumped the whole thing. Forced to take almost basic cable with Internet connection. Bizarrely, about 25% cheaper to. I now have this Comcast box doing HDMI pass through on my Xbox One. Seems to work well. I avoid all the Kinect crap, but I do use Xbox SmartGlass on my iPhone to control it when I don’t want to use the XB1 controller.
NetFlix is on there. Amazon Instant Video is on there. Same with other stuff for sports, but you definitely don’t need TV. Pity Xfinity isn’t on there yet.
